Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it — free of wear, scratches, or damage.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are unused and in original condition. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund based on your preference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
